Reduced Opera Orchestrations

Reduced orchestration of Die Lustige Witwe  (The Merry Widow) by Lehar.

 

Our arrangement of The Merry Widow is for single wind, 2 horns and trumpet. All other instruments are as the composer wrote them.

Percussion is Glockenspiel, Side Drum, Tambourine, Tam-tam, Triangle, Cymbals, Bass Drum.

This arrangement is compatible with the score and most of the vocal scores in the public domain, and we can supply the aria "Tres Parisienne" if required.

This arrangement is NOT compatible with the Hamner and Park arrangement.
